Tiptext offers you a gateway into some of the most profitable advice available today. Yes we are new but already we are sending positive waves around the Advice circles. We strive to be different in certain key areas that are lacking not only in Tipster-Punter relationships but also in e-commerce web sites. Tiptext is transparent, approachable and more than anything it cares about its customers. Our site is expanding with new features all the time that are often customer driven, we dont develop things that are of no use, we develop what the customer needs to create an encapsulating betting management environment. The first thing to do is select what market you want to invest in. To do this click on the categories under the tab 'Markets' in the left hand navigation; this will display the tipsters and their services in that genre. For a full overview of all our view tipsters and services click on the tab 'All Tipsters'. From here you can subscribe directly to a service or gain more detailed information on the tipster's results; the aims of the particular service and the tipsters CV. Each service has different objectives and frequency of tips, which will suit different kinds of investors. After you have made your choices, choose the country of your mobile operator (This is the country where your network provider is resident). The next step requires you to enter your details, these are all required so we can give you the best possible customer service. Lastly complete the payment through our secure payment provider. You will recieve a Test signup message, confimation email and reciept. You will immediately be put on the list to recieve advice from the services you signed up for.

Tiptext supplies all of its advice directly to your mobile phone via SMS text messaging; nearly every phone on a GSM network is capable of this throughout the world. On subscription we send a welcome test SMS text message, if you do not receive this; please contact customer support. [CLICK HERE]. Further to receiving an SMS you will also receive an email with the advice on it. If there is to be no advice that day, then the Tipster has the option to send out a No Advice email.

As every Tipster is different and indeed every service with that Tipster, there can be no guarantee on a minimal amount of advice you will recieve. Our Tipsters will offer you premium advice in accordance with their own policies and service aims. To find out what is the likely amount, please consult the services past results and examine previous months and years for pointers on the quantity of advice you will recieve. As you know though its quality not quantity and the best services may actually offer less advice but have higher returns, please make your own mind up on this.

We use Secpay to handle all our Credit Card transactions. They have been in the business for a very long time and have proved themselves to be one of the most respected and trustworthy transaction houses. They will accept payment by the following cards: Master Card; Delta, Connect or Visa Debit; Visa; JCB; Solo and Switch. We use recurring billing system with them; this means that the total amount of all your services under one Transaction ID will be debited from your payment method on the day you signed up for every month. This means you must inform us of replacment cards, expired cards or any other circumstance that means the monies cannot be taken out from the card you first signed up with.

Once you join Tiptext you can login into the member's area and manage your account. Here you can change services, subscribe to new markets or take up special offers and promotions we run from time to time. This area is called 'Tipster Admin' and can be found in the navigation area on the left hand side that shows up after you log in. All signed up services are listed as well as services that can be aquired. To purchase more services simply check the ones you want and hit sign up. As we have your details on record the process is very simple. Verify your details and then hit checkout; enter your credit card details and you will be signed up for the new services. Log in again and you will see them active. You will receive a new Transaction ID, Test message and reciept for the new services you have signed up for.

Login into the members area and use the Unsubscribe link against each service, this will notify you of the date the service will stop sending you advice. One common misconception about how we deal with things is that we stop sending the advice as soon as you hit the unsubscribe button. This is not true you will recieve advice for the full month you have paid for. So if you are unhappy with a service or wish to try another one, please do unsubscribe from the service at your earliest convenience.

Login into the member's area and use the 'My Details' link to edit your personal details, its important that you keep all your contact details up to date especially your mobile phone number and email.
